The eMedici app won't load or connect
If the eMedici app is slow, will not load, freezes, times out or reports a connection error, try these steps in order.
Check the App Store or Google Play for an eMedici update.
Fully close and reopen the app.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Log out and back in.
Restart the device.
Delete and reinstall the app if the issue continues.
If many parts of eMedici are unavailable or unusually slow, there may be a temporary service issue. Try again shortly. If support confirms a known issue affecting only the app, support may recommend using the eMedici website temporarily while it is resolved.
If the issue continues, email support@emedici.com with the time and timezone, affected page, device model, operating-system and app version, network type, exact error and a screenshot or screen recording.
