My AMC activation link is missing, expired or opens in the app

If you have not received an activation link after purchasing an AMC MCQ exam authorisation, contact the AMC because the activation email is issued by the AMC.
If you have the email but the link does not work:
Copy the full activation link from the original AMC email.
Paste it into Safari, Chrome or another normal web browser instead of opening it inside an email app.
Try opening the link on a computer if it continues to open the eMedici app.
If the link is invalid or expired, forward the original AMC email containing the activation link to support@emedici.com. Include the email address used for your eMedici account.
