Question Bank troubleshooting and common behaviours
Questions repeat or no new questions appear
Select New Questions to exclude questions you have already attempted. Select All Questions when you want to revise previous questions. Filters can also reduce the number available; see Why can't I see all the questions? Check your filters and selected resource.
Sessions and progress
Only one question session can be active at a time. Starting another session finishes the previous active session. Progress remains visible in the Overall tab. See Question sessions, repeated questions, limits and progress.
Exam Mode or Custom Exam
Study mode is chosen when a new session is created. If a Custom Exam draws from only one specialty, confirm that all intended specialties and both Adult and Paediatric groups are selected, then create a new exam. See Switch between Question Bank, Exam Mode and Custom Exam.
Notes, highlights and Saved Collections
Notes and highlights should remain available when you revisit a question. If saved content disappears, an older collection repeatedly returns to the top, or the page freezes, send support the affected question or collection, device, app or browser version and a screen recording.
Resetting or unexpected behaviour
If you want to reset progress or a mock exam, or the Question Bank behaves differently from the steps above, contact support@emedici.com. Include your account email, selected resource, filters, device, exact steps and a screenshot or recording.
