I can't log in or reset my password

Reset your password using the email address registered to your eMedici account.

  1. Open the Forgot Password page.

  2. Enter your eMedici account email.

  3. Check inbox, spam and junk folders for the reset email.

  4. Open the link in Safari, Chrome or another normal browser. If it opens the app without resetting the password, copy the full link and paste it into a browser or try a computer.

You do not need to know your old password to set a new one. Reset links expire, so request a fresh link if necessary.

If the user cannot be found, you may have registered under a different address or the account may need recovery. See I can't create or verify my account or email support@emedici.com with the possible account addresses and exact error.
