Change or verify your eMedici account email

You can change your eMedici email from Settings → Account → Change Email.

1. Sign in to eMedici.

2. Open Settings, then Account.

3. Select Change Email. If prompted, confirm your identity first.

4. Enter the new address.

5. Open the secure confirmation link sent to the new address.

Your account email does not change until you open the confirmation link. If the link is invalid or expired, return to Settings and request a new one.

Check spam or junk folders if the email does not arrive. For university access, use the exact institutional email format provided by your university.

If you cannot access the account or verification still fails, email support@emedici.com from the new address and include your old account email.
