University and institutional access
Some universities and institutions provide selected eMedici products to eligible students.
Confirm which eMedici product your institution provides.
Use the exact institutional email format supplied by your university.
If needed, change your address under Settings > Account > Change Email and complete verification.
If the email is correct but access is missing, ask the institution to confirm that you are on its current entitlement list.
Institutional access does not necessarily include every eMedici resource. eMedici can only add access for users covered by the institution's current arrangement.
If verification fails, see I can't create or verify my account or email support@emedici.com with your institution, account email and the resource you expected.
