Refunds for website, App Store and Google Play purchases
The refund process depends on where the purchase was made and the circumstances. Refunds and post-purchase discount adjustments are not automatic.
Apple App Store
eMedici cannot issue or redirect an App Store purchase. Request a refund through Apple. If Apple cannot help, contact eMedici with the decision and receipt.
Google Play
Contact support@emedici.com with your Google Play transaction number, account email and reason for the request. Google Play may also control some refund decisions. An automatically cancelled order can take several business days to return to the original payment method.
eMedici website
Contact support with your account email, receipt and reason. The purchase will be reviewed based on its circumstances and use.
Wrong product, duplicate purchase or missed promo code
Contact support promptly. App-store purchases cannot be transferred to another product, and a promo code cannot always be applied after checkout. You may need to request a refund from the payment provider and purchase the correct resource separately.
