Download a receipt or request a tax invoice

Your payment provider normally emails a receipt after a successful purchase. Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout.

If you purchased through the eMedici website and need a tax invoice, contact support@emedici.com and include:

• your eMedici account email;

• the product and purchase date;

• your receipt or order number; and

• the billing details required on the invoice.

For Apple App Store or Google Play purchases, obtain your receipt or invoice from the relevant store. eMedici cannot issue an invoice for an app-store purchase.

When an invoice includes an Edit your details link, you can use that link to update the displayed billing details.
