I can't create or verify my account

If your confirmation or verification email has not arrived, first confirm that the email address was entered correctly.

  1. Check spam, junk, promotions and quarantine folders.

  2. Search your mailbox for “eMedici”.

  3. Wait a few minutes before requesting another email.

  4. If you use a university address, confirm the exact institutional email format required by your university.

If eMedici says the user cannot be found

You may have registered under a different personal or institutional email. Check prior eMedici receipts and messages for the address used. If you already have an account but forgot the password, use I can't log in or reset my password instead of creating another account.

If you still cannot verify the account

Email support@emedici.com from the address you want to use and include the exact error and a screenshot. Support can check whether the account exists and whether manual verification or account recovery is appropriate.
