I paid but can't access my subscription

First confirm that you are signed in with the same eMedici account email used for the purchase.
Check the account email against your eMedici, Apple App Store or Google Play receipt.
Confirm which product you purchased. Clinical Medicine and the official AMC MCQ Questions are separate resources; see Which AMC question resource do I have?.
Log out, then sign back in using the exact account email on the receipt.
Fully close and reopen the app.
If you cannot find a completed receipt, or the payment was declined or remains pending, see Payment or checkout isn't working.
If access is still missing, email support@emedici.com with your account email, purchase platform, product, receipt or transaction number and a screenshot showing the locked resource.
