Payment or checkout isn't working
If a payment is declined, remains incomplete or money has been debited without access appearing, first identify where you tried to subscribe: the eMedici website, Apple App Store or Google Play.
If the payment is declined
Check that your card and billing details are correct.
Try a different payment method.
Contact your bank, Apple or Google Play if they are declining the transaction. eMedici cannot override a decline from a payment provider.
If an app-store payment is not working, sign in at app.emedici.com in a normal web browser and view the available web checkout options.
If money was debited but access is still locked
A pending bank transaction is not always a completed eMedici purchase. Check for a receipt from eMedici, Apple or Google Play, then follow I paid but can't access my subscription.
Promo or discount codes
Promo codes are normally entered during web checkout. App-store checkout may not provide a place to enter an eMedici code. A code cannot always be added after a purchase has completed, especially for an Apple or Google Play purchase.
If you need help, email support@emedici.com with your eMedici account email, purchase platform, receipt or transaction number, the exact error and a screenshot. Do not send full card details.
