How eMedici subscriptions, renewals and extensions work

Edited

Use this guide to start a new eMedici subscription, understand how payment and renewal work, or extend an active subscription.

Subscribe and view current fees

Subscription fees depend on the resource, subscription length, location and checkout method. Current options and exact prices are shown in eMedici.

  1. Create an eMedici account, or sign in if you already have one.

  2. Open the resource you want to access.

  3. Tap Subscribe and choose an available subscription option.

  4. Review the duration, exact price and full total before confirming payment.

How payment and renewal work

  • Subscriptions are once-off purchases and are paid upfront.

  • Subscriptions do not automatically renew. No action is required if you do not want to continue after expiry.

  • If a longer subscription is shown as a monthly rate, this is the equivalent monthly cost for the selected term. The full total shown at checkout is charged when you purchase.

  • Manually arranged instalment plans are not available. Depending on your location and checkout method, web checkout may display services such as Afterpay, Zip or Klarna.

Extend an active subscription

  1. Open the relevant resource in eMedici.

  2. Tap the subscription’s expiry date.

  3. Tap Extend Subscription and choose an available option.

Changes, cancellations and exam dates

For pausing, changing products, cancellation or exam-date changes, see Cancel, pause, change or extend a subscription.
