Cancel, pause, change or extend a subscription
eMedici subscriptions are once-off purchases and do not automatically renew.
Extend an active subscription
Open the relevant resource in eMedici.
Select the amount of subscription time remaining.
Select Extend Subscription and choose an available option.
Pause or freeze access
Subscriptions cannot be paused or frozen for later use. If illness, an exam-date change or serious hardship prevents you from using a substantial part of your subscription, contact support@emedici.com. Any alternative is reviewed individually and is not automatic.
Change a product or correct a purchase
App Store and Google Play purchases cannot be redirected to another eMedici resource. If you bought the wrong product, contact support promptly with your account email, receipt, purchase platform and the product you intended to buy. You may need to request a refund from the payment provider and purchase the correct resource separately.
